Goodland is a 5,000-acre master-planned community located in Ellis and Johnson Counties, Texas. With walkable, bikeable neighborhoods and a commitment to preserving the Blackland Prairie ecosystem, Goodland brings long-term planning and small-town character to the DFW region. The recently opened Goodland Parkway serves as a gateway to the Metroplex, providing direct access to the 360 Toll Road, US Hwy 287, and US Hwy 67.
Woven throughout the community are more than 1,600 acres of creeks, floodplain, and natural open space — the backbone of a long-term amenity vision that will grow alongside the community for decades, including access to over 30 miles of nature trails.
